Directions/Entrance UPDATE:
Due to the coming widening of Rt 46, the entrance to our parking lot has been moved to Williams St. If you are coming eastbound on 46, Williams Street is just past the practice on the left. If you are coming westbound on 46, Williams Street will be on your right just past the bridal/gown shop. The entrance to the lot is labelled with a sign stating Vet Office. There are pictures below to clarify.
We are here to help you whenever you need it. We are available in the office during regular office hours and do not close over lunch. We also have a doctor on-call after hours to help guide you and offer peace of mind.
International Health Certificates
If your pet will be traveling with you outside of the United States, you are required to have a health certificate for your pet. Each country has its own requirements. Before scheduling your flight, you should check the APHIS website for the detailed requirements for each country. You can call the office and we can help you figure out the best timing to ensure the best possible outcome for you and your pet’s travel. Don’t wait for the last minute before you travel as some countries require tests run several months in advance.
You should come in for your pet’s international health certificate as near to the date of travel as possible.
Policies and Payment
Payment is expected when services are rendered. In general we do not bill. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) and CareCredit. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. If the card is not signed, you must show two forms of ID.
